Refund Policy

Digital downloads
Our guides are digital products delivered instantly. Because they can be downloaded and copied immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for completed, delivered purchases.
When refunds apply
We will issue a refund if a guide was never delivered, if you were charged in error, or if a guide is materially defective and we cannot provide a corrected version. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
How to request
Contact us through the Contact page with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Coming soon guides
Guides marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased. You will never be charged for a guide that is not ready for sale.
